Otto Beatty
Otto Beatty is an entrepreneur, attorney, business counselor and community leader. Throughout his professional life, he has carried on his family’s legacy of involvement in private business, law, politics, and community service. He is passionate about helping people and organizations meet their business objectives. In his daily work, he endeavors to continue the pattern of smart growth of his companies and investments, as well as, promoting the personal development of his employees and strategic business partners. Otto has devoted himself to sharing his skills and business acumen as a volunteer and trusted advisor to many. Otto strives to leave a legacy as one who works with others to achieve their dreams.
Otto is currently the owner and managing director of Intelligent Office of Columbus. Through its technology and remote staff, the business provides over 175 small businesses, legal professionals, non-profits, and trade organizations virtual staffing and space solutions, including, but not limited to phone answering, customer service assistance, administrative assistance and hourly office and conference room space.
Otto is a business leadership coach with Catapult Leadership Labs; An organization of thought leaders and coaches who develop leaders through one-on-one coaching, executive peer groups, and substantive content and conferences.
He is also a Principal in OB3 Advisory and Management Ltd., which provides a consulting and coaching services to organizations and individuals. He is currently servicing as a special consultant to the Ohio Minority Business Assistance Center and the Huntington Empowerment Center at the Columbus Urban League.
