Reka Barabas

Reka connects people, resources, and organizations to create relationships, drive impact, and achieve goals. Her career is focusing on program design and implementation as well as building partnerships and collaborations for educational and nonprofit institutions. She often finds herself working with entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship organizations and loves to create strategic opportunities for them via board development, fundraising and communications. She designs learning experiences and she is a lifelong learner herself, most recently completing a Behavioral Design course.

Reka holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Case Western University's Mandel School and a Master's Degree in Education and German. A graduate of the Cleveland Bridge Builders Leadership Program, she is also recognized as a Crain's 40 Under 40. Reka sits on the board of Social Venture Partners Cleveland and often serves as a panelist, facilitator, competition judge, mentor, and presenter.
