Ariel Jordan

Ariel Jordan (she/her) is a strategic and community-focused professional who believes in the power of intentional systems to drive social change. As the North Carolina Market Manager for SEA Change, Ariel blends a background in social administration and nonprofit management with a passion for building equitable ecosystems that allow Social Entrepreneurs to thrive.

Her work is grounded in a commitment to accessible opportunity, leveraging a unique toolkit of analytical thinking and empathetic problem-solving to help entrepreneurs launch and scale impactful businesses. Ariel holds a Master of Science in Social Administration and a Master of Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University, alongside a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.

Outside of the professional space Ariel is an active supporter of the local community and finds her balance through mindful movement and exploring the creative ways people connect and grow.
