Autumn Ford
Autumn Ford is a Summer Fellow through a partnership with The Columbus Foundation. Their Summer Fellowship Program places eligible students with Franklin County nonprofit organizations for a 10-week period.
Autumn is a Master of Public Administration candidate at The Ohio State University and a Glenn Fellowship Scholar with a passion for leadership, advocacy, and strategic problem solving. She is particularly interested in the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy and hopes to help organizations strengthen impact and drive long-term growth.
Most recently, Autumn served as an Advocacy and Organizing Coordinator at YWCA Columbus, where she mobilized community members and supported initiatives focused on gender equity and racial justice.
Autumn previously worked in the United States House of Representatives as a Legislative Correspondent and Staff Assistant for Representative Jonathan Jackson and Chairman Pete Aguilar. She also served as a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation intern in Representative Terri Sewell’s office.
In addition, Autumn participates annually in the Pelotonia bike ride supporting cancer research and has helped raise funds for cancer research initiatives for the past decade.
Autumn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics & Government and Pre-Law from Ohio Wesleyan University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Outside of work and school, she enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
