Catherine O’Grady

Catherine O'Grady is passionate about helping businesses thrive. With a background in business development, leadership education, retail, and restaurant management, she’s worn many hats and enjoyed every minute of it. As a Coordinator for a federally supported organization, she worked with a wide range of businesses, aiding everything from startup to scaling and even exit planning. Along the way, she organized and facilitated business classes and large-scale events at the state level to help entrepreneurs learn, grow, and connect.

At her core, Catherine is an educator. She taught professional development classes at Colorado State University - Pueblo and Pueblo Corporate College, sharing practical skills and leadership insights with diverse audiences. Before that, she managed multiple restaurant franchise locations, where she handled daily operations, trained staff, and made sure customers left happy (and well-fed!).

Catherine’s curiosity and creativity show up in unexpected ways – from writing and publishing two science fiction novels to earning a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Colorado State University. She’s also an adventurer at heart, hosting fly fishing trips around the world and soaking up every unique experience.
