Missy Catlow
Missy works as our Chief Data Officer at SEA Change through a partnership with ResultsLab.
She brings a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, particularly within community-based, youth development, and mental health programming. In her work with ResultsLab she has developed theories of change, evaluation plans, and tailored performance monitoring systems, emphasizing user-friendly and accessible tools.
She is experienced in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, coupled with a commitment to data-driven decision-making and non-extractive, evidence-based evaluations that prioritize stakeholder engagement and accessibility.
She has served as a learning community coach providing hands support to grantees throughout the training and technical assistance.
