Facilitator
You are a subject matter expert in one of our curriculum topics.

Approximately 3 hours over 1-2 weeks (plus 1 hour of prep).

As a subject matter expert in one of our curriculum topics, you would join a cohort for one or more in-person (or online) meet-ups, and facilitate the discussion and hands-on activities.
Training and the curriculum for your topic will be provided ahead of time. You can follow it word-for-word, or make it your own!

You will help up to 15 teams per session by sharing your specific expertise (and answering their related questions).
Mentor
You are an experienced entrepreneur, business owner, or business leader.

There is no specific number of meetings or time requirement, however mentors are asked to remain in touch and available to meet with their mentee(s) throughout the approximately 4-month cohort.
Most mentors find that it ends up being 12-20 hours, spread out over 16 weeks.

You will be assigned an entrepreneur (or entrepreneurial team) to support for the duration of the cohort helping them to:
Make decisions
Address questions that arise while completing intentionally thought-provoking cohort activities
Facilitate network connections as appropriate
You’ll receive training materials and given access to the SEA Change curriculum in order to understand what the participants are learning.

You’ve been there done that – you are an experienced entrepreneur, business owner or business executive/leader, with knowledge to share on past mistakes and successes.
You are ready and willing to share lessons learned.
You have access to a broad network of seasoned decision-makers and entrepreneurs, and are willing to facilitate connections to support budding entrepreneurs.

Homework Review
You are available to review our online participants’ work and give feedback.

3 hours over several weeks. Per your own schedule.

Some of our online courses include the added benefit of “Expert Review.” Participants who purchase this option receive two rounds of feedback per assignment from one of our Subject Matter Experts (aka YOU!). When they submit their work, you will review it and provide your thoughts, questions, and input to help them make it GREAT!
