Carla Boon

Carla is the Partnerships Manager for SEA Change, connecting with partners, sponsors, and ecosystem collaborators around the country. With extensive experience in operations and program management, she has worked in a variety of industries, including start-ups, non-profits, education, and government, in addition to having started her own business.

Her areas of expertise are: Building successful relationships with clients and partners of diverse backgrounds, creating systems that improve organizational effectiveness, program implementation and evaluation, and communications. Carla is passionate about education, community building, and multi-cultural experiences.

Carla graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration, and holds numerous certifications in alternative wellness modalities.
