Jack Demos
A Columbus native, Jack Demos (he/him) is the Programs and Storytelling Lead at SEA Change, where he brings strong experience in nonprofit management and social enterprise development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University.
At Ohio State, Jack served as President of the Business for Good Club (formerly Alleviating Poverty Through Entrepreneurship), where he developed an internship program to connect students with local social enterprises. He also served as a Program Associate and Community Manager at GiveBackHack, where he supported initiatives and events that empower social entrepreneurs.
Jack is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor degree at New York Law School, where he is the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, the Denise Morgan Scholarship, and the Katherine Hassett Scholarship. He works with the Non-Profit and Small Business Law Clinic providing pro bono legal advice to nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, and small businesses on transactional matters. He previously served as a Litigation Paralegal in the Environmental and Energy Service line at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP, and as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Sheryl K. Munson at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
Jack lives in New York City with his two cats, Bean and Latte. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and cooking.
