Colorado, we’re back—and ready for round two! A fresh wave of change-making Social Entrepreneurs has just kicked off the 2025 SEA Change Colorado Signature Cohort. This year’s group is packed with bold ideas and mission-driven ventures, and we can’t wait for you to meet them!

Activate Peace Project is here to transform communities by assisting nonprofits with consistent funding, allowing businesses to have the visibility and marketing that makes an impact, building community connection to combat the loneliness epidemic.
By creating an app for a directory of services, classes, and maintaining communication, facilitating events (online and in-person) with collaboration of our participating businesses who give 10% to the participating nonprofits of the consumers choice, for all sales while creating connecting and belonging for all community members we weave together a system for communities uplifting commUNITY and together EVERYONE can RISE AND THRIVE!

KidneyClarity™ is a course designed to provide clear, practical guidance on managing chronic kidney disease (CKD) through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Currently in its beta phase, the program helps participants build the skills and confidence they need to live well with CKD. Along with this, we created the Kidney Kindness Fund, a pay-it-forward program inspired by a scholarship that changed my life. The fund uses revenue from paid services to offer kidney nutrition education to those in need without requiring proof of financial hardship, just by sharing their story. These efforts make up a Social Enterprise dedicated to raising awareness, providing support, and improving lives affected by CKD.

The Third Place for Kids is Colorado’s first 3,000-square-foot, sensory-informed community center where children can play safely while caregivers connect in a calm, judgment-free environment. Unlike for-profit sensory gyms, we are a nonprofit organization that focuses on the well-being of the entire family, rather than prioritizing revenue.
In our first months, we have served over 350 families and enrolled over 100 members with a 99% retention rate, confirming both need and loyalty. Our goal is to strengthen this flagship and share the blueprint with communities across the country that still lack an inclusive “third place".
