Tanya Jisa

Tanya is the North Carolina Market Manager at SEA Change. She thoroughly enjoys supporting and cheering on social entrepreneurs as well as having the chance to pass along some hard won lessons learned as the founder of Benevolence Farm, a social enterprise which offers employment, housing, and advocacy to self-identified women returning from prison. Her other interests include abolition, anti-racism, solidarity economies, and environmental conservation.

Tanya graduated from Ohio University, earned an MSW from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis, and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University. She lives with her spouse Rhonda in a cohousing community in Carrboro, North Carolina.
